Awaiting OpenAI
OpenAI has not said whether individual Daybreak access excludes Russian citizens who live in a supported country, which rule would apply, or why the Japan path omits the Residence Card. The assistant promised a specialist reply “in the coming days” and by email, without an exact deadline. No case identifier is available yet.
The Daybreak troubleshooting article says Support cannot override verification decisions and that Daybreak “isn't available in every region.” It does not list regions or say whether citizenship or residence decides.
