The affected period may potentially extend to earlier dates and July 18, but that has not yet been established; adjacent-date charges remain outside the current total unless Anthropic's transaction-level records connect them to the same incident.

  • The private source contains no prompts, responses, credentials, cookies, account identifiers, invoice identifiers, receipt identifiers, or raw request/session identifiers.
  • The private workbook is not published.

Critical Evidence Boundary

This proves that the local request activity was not confined to Anthropic's selected 31-minute correction interval. It does not establish provider-billed dollars, historical included-plan entitlement, included-versus-paid routing, paid-credit debits, auto-reload triggers, request-to-invoice mapping, or which request caused any receipt.

Only Anthropic controls the authoritative entitlement, routing, credit-debit, recharge, invoice, payment, and correction ledgers. The result supports a complete July 17 transaction-level reconciliation; it must not be presented as proof that every outside-window request was billed incorrectly.
